Sugar-Free Cookie Recipes

Sugar-Free Cookie Recipes help you serve less calories per treat!  I use sugar-free sweetness in all of my baking now, just to lighten the calorie load.  You use it cup for cup, so you don't have to remember to alter your recipes and it tastes just the same - not like others you have tried, I promise!

When baking Sugar-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies and Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, this is the one I use. I like to use Splenda Brown Sugar Blend - it provides the browning, rising, texture, moistness and molasses-like flavor characteristic of baked goods made with regular brown sugar. All with just half the calories and carbohydrate of regular brown sugar.

Just new to the market, Splenda No-Calorie Sweetner with Fiber, Granulated and ideal for baking Sugar-Free Sugar Cookies, muffins, pies, desserts and breads - has the same great taste of  regular Splenda but with the added advantage of 3 grams of fiber in every tablespoon.  So now you can go light on calories and top up your fiber levels.  Great to use as you 'sugar bowl' sugar for your cereals, oatmeal and for hot and cold drinks too.
